Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Some items will require additional shipping costs due to size and weight. These items will be shipped by truck freight. All truck freight items must be prepaid. For shipping quotes, please contact us:

Returns

Please contact us for an authorization number if you need to return a part for any reason. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to an error on our part. Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the item. Returns made after this time are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damage Claims

The carrier is responsible for damaged packages. Please contact your local UPS office to report a damaged package. They will contact us and we will work together to get the damaged product replaced.
